According to NBC 4 Washington, gubernatorial candidates Ken Cuccinelli and Terry McAuliffe appeared before the Northern Virginia Technology Council in Reston. Both candidates took questions separately from business leaders in the tech industry. While it was the second time in 3 weeks that they shared the stage, the two candidates have yet to debate.
