Candidates for the House of Delegates recently received endorsements from the Women’s Strike Force in Virginia. The Women’s Strike Force is a bipartisan PAC created by women in Virginia in 2012. The goal of the strike force is to challenge legislators who support the personhood and mandatory ultrasound bills.
The strike force has chosen to endorse 13 candidates for the 2013 Virginia House of Delegates races. Women’s Strike Force president Katherine Waddell said, “How fortunate we are to have so many capable and qualified pro-choice Virginians willing to run for public office.” To read the list of endorsed candidates, check out this release from the Women’s Strike Force.
